We were introduced to Teresa by a friend after being messed around by an Agent who had not listened to our requirements and insisted on taking us to new build properties way out of price range and areas not in our remit. Teresa listened to us and knew what we were after and the area we wanted to be. We were so lucky as the first property she showed us ticked all of our boxes. Right area, right style of property and bang on what we wanted to pay. We agreed on a price with the help of Teresa and from then on she led us by the hand through the bureaucracy of buying the house. She introduced us to Lourdes at Sun Lawyers who was brilliant. Teresa made the purchase of the property so easy and constantly kept us updated and was always on the end of the phone if needed, nothing was too much trouble. Even after buying the house Teresa helped us with anything we were uncertain of as we do not speak Spanish and it is daunting setting up Internet etc when you don’t know where to start. We cannot recommend Teresa highly enough and only wish Agents in the UK were more like her as we totally trusted her.
